Planning, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding and monitoring orders' process with suppliers, negotiating, contract modification, order obtaining, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, custom affairs, transporting follow-ups
Prepare and handle all necessary documentation from proforma invoice to shipping documents, custom affairs and commercial registration procedures
Assist company executive in the foreign purchases and imports
Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations
Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents
Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process
Supervising and controlling all the shipping documents in every steps and keeping all the archives updated according to the department instructions
To develop and implement an innovative, growth focused commercial strategy, focusing primarily on product areas and target markets and to ensure that profitable business growth is accelerated and that commercial success is achieved
Research and evaluate foreign suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the suppliers’ reputation and history
Negotiate, renegotiate and administer contracts with foreign suppliers, vendors, and other representatives
Reporting to: CEO and Financial Manager
Maintain and review computerized or manual records of prices, items purchased, costs, deliveries, product performance and inventories
A Bachelor degree in business and/or technical majors is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement/commercial field (foreign trade)
Ability to create reports and documents for procedures and tasks
Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures, regulations, sourcing and correspondence
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly skilled in working with MS Office software and the internet
Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations
Self-organized and motivated
Ability to handle high levels of stress
Highly Fluent in English Language
Familiar with foreign source especially in China
