Job Description
DrDr.ir is one of Iran’s leading digital healthcare platforms, connecting patients with doctors through innovative, trusted online services. We are entering an exciting new growth phase and looking for an experienced and passionate SEO Manager to lead our organic strategy and help drive meaningful traffic and engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic rankings and traffic
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis
Deep analyses of multiple aspects and take on the responsibility to manage and grow
Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to implement best practices for on-page and off-page SEO
Oversee technical SEO audits and coordinate necessary site optimizations
Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze trends, and report actionable insights
Lead link-building initiatives, internal linking strategies and meaningful link-building steps
Stay updated on the latest SEO and search engine updates and adjust strategies accordingly
Identify and prioritize new SEO opportunities that align with DrDr.ir’s growth goals
Requirements:
4+ years proven experience in SEO, preferably with high-traffic websites
Deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content SEO
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices
Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights
Excellent communication skills to present strategies, results, and recommendations
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Special Assignment – Screening Test:
After the first interview, selected candidates will be asked to submit a deep SEO analysis of DrDr.ir within 48 hours.
This report should cover:
Current website performance and issues
Technical SEO audit (key points) as far as tools can analyze
On-page optimization suggestions
Content strategy recommendations
Quick wins and long-term opportunities
This step is mandatory to proceed to the final interview
