| Cafe Bazaar is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve IT issues within the organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in supporting hardware, software, and network-related issues, along with strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day support and maintenance, including: Installing and configuring operating systems on Windows, Linux, and macOS Troubleshooting wired and wireless network issues Providing hardware support and troubleshooting Diagnosing and resolving software-related problems Recommending appropriate hardware for different performance needs Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure Requirements: Strong understanding of network concepts Network+ knowledge Comprehensive understanding of all layers of the OSI model A+ fundamentals Expertise in PC and notebook hardware Software installation and troubleshooting across different operating systems Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Proficiency in Microsoft services and solutions Familiarity with the Linux kernel and the ability to work with Linux distributions via the terminal macOS installation and troubleshooting Additional Requirements: Ability to participate in the team’s on-call rotation Experience working in a multi-vendor environment with diverse technologies Creative, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and trends Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, balancing ideal solutions with practical implementations Strong teamwork and customer service mindset Ability to document work and share knowledge with team members Excellent communication and documentation skills Bonus Points: Relevant industry certifications (CCNA R&S, MCSE, LPIC, VOIP, etc.) Previous experience in a similar role Benefits Flexible working hours Talented colleagues and an interesting work environment Supplementary health insurance Interesting loans to employees |
