We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support : Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper direction to relevant departments. Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access to information. Document & Data Management : Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Perform data entry and maintain data integrity across tracking systems. Communication & Coordination : Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries, professionally liaising with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless communication. Financial Support : Process invoices and expense reports, maintain records of petty cash, and ensure monthly reconciliations are completed accurately. Event & Project Support : Assist in organizing and executing company events, meetings, and special projects, contributing to the smooth execution of office initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in office administration are an advantage. Proven track record in an administrative role, with experience in a corporate or professional setting. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a strong aptitude for creating reports, presentations, and managing data efficiently. Exceptional organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment. Strong communication abilities , both written and verbal, with a professional approach to interacting with staff, clients, and vendors. High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information and sensitive documents. Self-motivated and adaptable , able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
