| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement and manage security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect the client’s assets and data from cyber threats. Develop, maintain, monitoring and evaluation incident handling plans and playbooks. Manage security incidents and coordinate with other teams to respond to security incidents. Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and technologies to stay ahead of emerging threats. Lead security operation team to implement, tune and Maintenance security tools such as SIEM, PAM and … Manage and lead the Blue Team in detecting, preventing, and responding to cyber threats. Ensure that all Blue Team members have a growth journey in place and provide support to empower team members in reaching their growth goals. Create and lead Shift rotation for SOC team Implement, tune and presentation all related blue team reports such as shift report, weekly report, incident report and … KEY REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Cyber Security Blue Team role, with at least 1 years in a team lead role.
