We are waiting for you to continue this story. Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key business metrics. Conduct root cause analysis on operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions. Support ad-hoc reporting needs for urgent business inquiries and troubleshooting. Assist in identifying inefficiencies in workflows and propose process enhancements. Support initiatives aimed at improving service quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Work with automation teams to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity. Work closely with the Business Insight Supervisor to align insights with business goals. Collaborate with process analysts, data teams, and operational managers to drive improvements. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, or process improvement. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
