Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis of key business drivers, profitability trends, and financial performance.
Analyze key financial ratios and metrics to assess financial health and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the company’s strategic business plan.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business planning decisions.
Prepare financial projections and feasibility studies for new business initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward business plan objectives.
Gather and analyze financial data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems,..).
Develop and maintain financial models and spreadsheets to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted results, identifying and investigating significant deviations.
Deep dive into the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, analyzing revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and other key drivers of profitability.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools).
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
