Responsibilities: Identify partnership opportunities with relevant businesses and organizations Initiate and manage the negotiation and contracting process with potential partners Present offerings tailored to the partner’s needs and goals Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Ops, Marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless execution Monitor and evaluate partnership outcomes and provide actionable insights Contribute to the growth and refinement of partnership strategy Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in business partnerships, corporate sales, or business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with fintech, digital banking, or financial services is a strong plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
