| In this role, you will: Lead formulation and process development for biologic drug products Collaborate across analytical, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure CMC readiness Draft high-quality technical documents (formulation reports, protocols, development summaries) Support tech transfer and scale-up activities from lab to GMP manufacturing We are looking for individuals who: Hold a Pharm.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences Have a strong interest in biopharmaceutical product development and regulatory science Bring analytical thinking and attention to detail to complex technical challenges Thrive in a collaborative, project-driven R&D environment Previous experience in CMC development activities is not required. At CinnaGen, you’ll receive in-depth training and mentorship to grow into a CMC development expert.
