Description

job title

To assist identification and preparation of needed PM and reporting tools
To interact with external Organizations for activities related to assigned projects
To gain full awareness of assigned Project status, progress, and plans and support the Project Manager in managing all PM tasks for the assigned Project
To monitor the project constantly to make sure each stage is progressing on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards
To document the main risks of projects in Project Management Tools and escalate them to the Project Manager
To report progress on projects and key measures/KPIs to Project Manager and Senior Manager based on defined templates and standards
To conduct project meetings with vendors/suppliers/internal stakeholders to track progress, issues, and risks.
To interact with the Project Steercom and project members to ensure project execution is not compromised
To ensure effective coordination across project streams to handle dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks
To support PSO Department by providing the requested information and documents on the assigned project
To implement change management on the projects based on agreed standards and plan
To ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately based on project management policies.
To perform, accomplish, and coordinate all activities related to administrative tasks of the projects
To propose action plans to address issues identified in reports & meetings and follow the track of actions.
To interact with Representatives of Governmental Organizations, Municipalities, CRA, ICT, and other Telecom Operators for project-related issues
