| The Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient planning and monitoring of flights. Working closely with pilots, maintenance, and air traffic control, the dispatcher is responsible for preparing flight plans, calculating fuel requirements, analyzing weather conditions, and ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations. The dispatcher has shared legal responsibility with the pilot-in-command for the safety of the flight. Resposibilities: Prepare and release flight plans in accordance with regulations and company procedures; Monitor weather reports, NOTAMs, and en-route conditions that may affect flight safety; Determine fuel requirements and weight/balance limitations; Maintain constant communication with crew, air traffic control, and operations control center; Assist the flight crew with alternate airports and diversion planning if needed; Coordinate with maintenance, catering, baggage handling, and ramp agents to ensure timely departures; Document and archive all flight release and dispatch-related data for regulatory compliance; Participate in emergency response when necessary; Ensure all dispatch activities align with the airline’s safety and operational standards. Requirments: Have maximum 25 years old for male and 23 years old for female; Degree or diploma in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, or a related field; Hold valid Flight Dispatch License (F-O-O License); Be able to read, speak and write in English; Have appropriate attitude and appearance; Have good level of health; Knowledge of the aviation industry; Excellent communication and people skill and CRM; Good Planning Skills and Problem solving and critical thinking skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure; Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, power point…); Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; High sense of responsibility and teamwork; Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Airlines as a Dispatcher; |
