Job Position Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative individual eager to learn and grow in the field of Employer Branding. Responsibilities:
Creating content for social media platforms and internal communication channels
Contributing to ideation, coordination, and execution of internal and external campaigns and events
Managing the company's various social media accounts
Continuously following up on projects to ensure their timely execution
Collaborating with the recruitment team to enhance candidate experience
Actively participating in the onboarding process of new employees
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Proactive attitude and persistence in task completion
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
A collaborative spirit and the ability to engage constructively with colleagues
Ability to propose and implement creative ideas
Flexibility and adaptability to different situations
Familiarity with various HR processes is considered an advantage.
