We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our DevOps team in building a cutting-edge PaaS (Platform as a Service). This platform serves both our 200+ employee e-commerce company and external customers. The ideal candidate should be a proactive, mission-driven engineer who takes ownership and thrives in a collaborative environment without needing micro-management.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance our PaaS platform using Django (backend) and React with Inertia.js (frontend).
Implement robust APIs and scalable web applications.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of the platform.
Maintain and optimize databases, primarily PostgreSQL.
Work with technologies like Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, ClickHouse, etc.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Take ownership of features, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
3+ years of experience in full stack development.
Strong knowledge of Django (5.x) and React (18+/19).
Experience with Inertia.js for server-driven React apps.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized applications.
Strong experience with REST APIs, authentication (e.g., JWT), and database design.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL and ability to optimize queries.
Experience with Redis, Kafka, and message queues.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Familiarity with testing frameworks and writing maintainable testable code.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of FastAPI, Laravel, or other backend frameworks.
Experience with ClickHouse, MongoDB, and big data processing.
Familiarity with MinIO, GitLab CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing expertise.
