Job Title: Growth Strategist / Growth Hacker We’re looking for a data-driven, creatively bold new team member to join our cloud team. Someone excited about experimentation, obsessed with metrics, and passionate about driving smart, sustainable growth. In this role, you’ll directly shape abrNOC’s growth engine — from launching experiments and analyzing data to turning bold ideas into real impact. Key Responsibilities Optimize the full AARRR funnel — from Acquisition to Revenue Analyze competitors and uncover actionable growth opportunities Improve website UX and SEO to increase traffic and conversions Design and execute viral loops, referral programs, and bold experiments Run fast A/B tests, measure their results, and scale what works Translate data into clear, actionable insights for the team Job requirements Role Requirements Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Ahrefs, or similar Experience with growth frameworks, conversion psychology, and funnel design Strong analytical skills and a mindset built around testing and optimization Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate across functions A creative problem-solver with a bias for action Preferred Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in growth marketing, product strategy, or similar Background in digital strategy, product-led growth, or performance marketing Basic knowledge of UX/UI or front-end development is a plus Previous experience in SaaS, hosting, or cloud technology environments is a bonus Your First Challenge Show us how you think.
