Job Description
Supervising the accounting department
Prepare monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets, and other supporting statements
Ensure that documents are registered in the system on a daily basis
Responsible for payroll and all related affairs
Control sales and purchase invoices
Prepare and analyze managerial reports
Identify and implement accounting process and system improvements
Supervise all accounting procedures, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
Responsible for all taxes and SSO obligations
Provide a statement of VAT and seasonal TAX reports
Perform all accounting operations based on standard and legal accounting principles
Manage and adjust the discrepancy statements related to the accounts with other companies or contractors and customers
Participate in the preparation of financial statements
Act as the significant interface with auditors in preparation of annual audits
Requirements
At least 5 years of related experience
Strong computer skills, in MS Office, especially Excel
At least a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Good knowledge of Tax and SSO
Communication skills
Leadership ability
Teamwork spirit
Familiarity with ERP system is the advantage
