Job Overview: We are looking for a highly analytical Marketing Insight Lead to drive customer acquisition through data-driven performance marketing strategies. This role requires expertise in managing acquisition channels, analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns to maximize efficiency and ROI. Department: Marketing Reports to: CMO Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels (Paid Search, Display, Social, Affiliates, SEO, etc.). Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR) to improve efficiency and scale. Manage budgets, forecasts, and strategies to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition. Collaborate with data analysts to extract insights from user behavior and campaign performance. Work closely with creative and content teams to optimize ad creatives Leverage A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance. Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and new acquisition opportunities. Report on acquisition performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth marketing. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar data tools. Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and programmatic platforms. Solid understanding of attribution models, marketing funnels, and conversion rate optimization. Hands-on experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization. Ability to manage multiple acquisition channels while maintaining a data-driven approach. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
