| To manage the process of obtaining relevant KPIs, formulas, trouble tickets, and alarms covered in the scope of work of network vendors/service providers for accurate SLA calculation. To manage the automation of reports and dashboards required to track vendor performance based on agreed SLA metrics. To manage the validation and accuracy of data used in SLA calculations to ensure reliability and prevent discrepancies. To coordinate and collaborate with SW and Performance monitoring teams to streamline the information flow necessary for accurate SLA evaluation. To manage the process of defining SLA terms and metrics for future contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. To manage audits of ongoing SLA calculation processes, identifying areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and support business goals. To manage the reporting of SLA scores, performance shortcomings, and achievements to senior management. To manage and liaise with Legal & Regulatory (L&R) teams for the implementation of penalties and bonuses related to SLA performance. To manage the technical and managerial aspects of operational setup and expansion of new networks in international environments for SLA management, particularly within managed services and turnkey projects. To collaborate and align with vendors and service providers on SLA calculation methodologies and optimize the process of delivering scores in a timely and efficient manner. To manage the verification of data health checks, accuracy, and completeness, ensuring integrity and preventing manipulation or missing information. To Collaborate with data science team to model and train data for obtaining improved results and performance based on different scenarios |
