| Manage, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it remains clear and up-to-date for the development team. Collaborate closely with the product manager to align with business objectives. Create user stories, define acceptance criteria, break down tasks, and provide detailed requirements for the development process. Work alongside the development team daily, offering clarifications and feedback on ongoing tasks. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives to support agile practices. Continuously update the product backlog based on input from the team, user feedback, and market demands. Ensure the timely and effective delivery of product releases, aligned with project milestones and the product roadmap. Job requirements: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and experience managing product backlogs. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach. Proven ability to stay patient and adaptable in a fast-changing business environment. Strong capability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities. |
