We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR & CSR Manager to lead our public relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand image, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and driving impactful CSR projects. Responsibilities: Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand image and organizational communication. Establish and maintain effective relationships with media, journalists, and key stakeholders. Prepare and distribute press releases, articles, reports, and other communication materials. Manage communication crises and provide appropriate responses in sensitive situations. Monitor media coverage and analyze feedback to improve communication strategies. Design, plan, and execute CSR projects aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Build and strengthen collaborations with NGOs, governmental bodies, and local communities. Measure and evaluate the impact of CSR programs on society and the organization. Prepare and present annual CSR reports to stakeholders. Organize and manage social and humanitarian events to enhance the organization’s social role. Qualifications: Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role or relevant field. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in corporate communications, media relations, and CSR program management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills with expertise in media relations. Crisis management and stakeholder engagement skills. Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute PR and CSR strategies. Emotional intelligence to manage high-pressure situations and build strong relationships. Adaptability, problem-solving, leadership, and team collaboration abilities. Media relations and press management, including writing press releases and securing media coverage. Crisis communication and reputation management. CSR strategy development and impact measurement. Data analysis and reporting using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, media monitoring software).
