Job Overview: Our company is seeking a Senior Digital Marketer to plan, implement, optimize, and report on performance marketing initiatives across paid and owned channels. This individual will play a key role in driving traffic for acquiring new users and improving user retention. Main Responsibilities: Plan and execute user acquisition and retention strategies across a variety of digital platforms Launch and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives and audience segments to optimize campaign performance and drive measurable improvements in key metrics. (CPO, CAC, CR) Use a data-driven approach to extract insights, identify trends, and define best practices to improve performance and reduce costs. Continuously monitor, analyze, and report the performance of campaigns and channels, using insights to inform actionable strategies.: Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to develop and maintain the infrastructure and tools required for effective marketing execution and campaign optimization. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing channels or managing digital campaigns. Proven experience in managing ad networks, and Google Ads. Highly experienced with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Hotjar, etc. Expertise in managing digital ads across multiple platforms and exploring new advertising opportunities. Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical aptitude. Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively, demonstrate creativity, and maintain a results-oriented approach.
