Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Growth Specialist to join our Growth team and lead the development and execution of customer-centric strategies that drive different stages of customer journey. Responsibilities: Design and execute growth strategies across the full customer journey. Segment users based on demographics, behavior, and engagement to deliver targeted, personalized experiences. Develop and optimize customer onboarding and activation flows to drive early product value realization. Plan and launch personalized marketing campaigns and ad-hoc push marketing initiatives to boost engagement and conversion. Monitor campaign performance and conversion funnels, providing insights through analytics tools. Leverage WebEngage for marketing automation, personalization, and tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, content) to align growth efforts with broader business goals. Continuously test, learn, and iterate through A/B tests and data-driven experimentation. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, eCRM, or similar data-driven marketing role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., WebEngage) and experience setting up workflows, triggers, and lead scoring models. Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. Strong skills in data analysis using SQL, Excel and analytics platforms such as Clarity. Experience with conversion tracking, funnel analysis, and landing page optimization. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and web UX principles. Working knowledge of JavaScript, or Python for tracking and analytics is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
