Job Description:
At blubank, we are seeking talented, dynamic, and enthusiastic individuals for the position of Senior Offline Marketing Specialist to join our friendly and professional team. If you’re looking for a workplace where you can grow and continuously learn, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor offline media activities including ATL & BTL channels, OOH advertising, mall branding, and field promotions.
Organize and execute events and exhibitions aligned with the marketing calendar and key occasions.
Coordinate with the sales department to support and enhance event outcomes.
Track and prepare analytical reports on competitors’ offline marketing activities.
Oversee the production and distribution of printed marketing materials.
Manage and optimize budgets allocated for offline campaigns and activities.
Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, Finance, Support, and Procurement.
Liaise with advertising agencies and third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in offline marketing roles.
Effective communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in planning and executing events
Self-motivated with a drive for personal development and continuous improvement
Team player with strong collaboration abilities
Creative mindset with strategic planning capabilities for enhancing offline touchpoints
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Practical knowledge in planning and executing offline marketing strategies
Experience in preparing professional marketing proposals
Working knowledge of English
