As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this mission, transforming insights into solutions, aligning business goals with user needs, and helping shape products that truly make a difference. Your role will directly impact how we empower our customers to succeed and grow in a competitive landscape. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. Define and prioritize product requirements and manage the backlog based on business impact and user needs. Conduct user behavior analysis and discovery to understand real user pain points. Analyze product performance data using SQL and tools like GA4 to make data-driven decisions. Define, monitor, and iterate on success metrics. Create clear and structured documentation including PRDs, user stories, feature specs, and analytical reports. Collaborate on product strategy and align the roadmap with company-wide goals. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role. Hands-on experience leading the full product cycle from discovery to delivery. Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and outcome-oriented decision-making. Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketers. A strong user-centric mindset and the ability to turn user insights into actionable product solutions. Working knowledge of Agile methodologies. Experience in B2B products or platforms is a strong plus, especially if you've worked on complex workflows or enterprise customer needs. |
