Right now, we are hiring a motivated, creative, and proactive senior social media specialist. At this role, you are going to manage all Tara social media accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, and perhaps X and other platforms. This job requires constant communication with our audience to create valuable conversations and increase audience social capital, in regards with our brand and mission.
Here below are some of this role’s responsibilities:
Get access and manage all Tara social media and messenger channel accounts
Social media analysis using every platform’s internal analytics as well as other platforms
Participate in developing overall social media communications strategy based on prior analysis
Create media calendar based on audience insights, interest, and Tara social presence strategies
Ideate and create interactive, engaging content for audience
Establish two-way communication with audience to generate value and develop a community around Tara brand and services
Supervise social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and agencies relations
Analyze and prepare timely reports for activities and campaigns
Continuously optimize activities and recommend enhancements based on previous findings
Here are some hints and requirements we find useful to be successful at this role:
Consider Tara social media accounts as a way of creating a network for Tara brand
Be active and spontaneous on all platforms
Maintain online presence as much as possible
Have creator experience in platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Tik Tok, and YouTube
Have previous experience with global and local analytics, social listening, and other social media related platforms
Knowing about local social media and messenger apps is a plus
Having good knowledge of marketing is highly valued
