Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Statistical Analysis and Optimization: Apply advanced statistical methods and optimization techniques to solve complex business problems.
Model Development: Build and implement mathematical and statistical models to simulate scenarios and support decision-making.
Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
Insight Generation: Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Process Improvement Identification: Identify areas for operational improvement and work collaboratively to implement data-driven solutions.
Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Effective Communication: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Programming: Utilize programming skills, preferably in Python, to automate data processing and analysis tasks.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, SQL, and Excel.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis and optimization techniques.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
