Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate the company-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. Lead and facilitate monthly OKR review sessions with departments and ensure action items are tracked and followed up. Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from departments to assess progress toward strategic goals. Prepare insightful reports and presentations for executive leadership to support decision-making. Contribute to mid- and long-term strategic planning processes. Develop, refine, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between departmental goals and corporate strategy. Maintain and improve tools, templates, and systems used for strategic planning and OKR tracking. Conduct analysis of industry trends and the competitive landscape to support strategic recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy analysis, business performance management, or consulting. Solid understanding of OKRs, KPIs, and organizational performance management. Strong facilitation and communication skills to run structured review sessions. Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with strategic planning and project management tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills. |
