Gender: Any Seniority Level: Expert Required Experience Year: Between 2 to 5 years At Tara, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various positions. You will also network both online and offline with potential candidates to enhance our employer brand, reduce time-to-hire, and attract top talent. Additionally, you’ll manage the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience for new hires and establish metrics to evaluate and improve the recruitment process. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HR manager and Hiring Managers to develop a clear understanding of open positions, roles, and requirements. Source candidates through online platforms, job boards, and social media channels. Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate records of candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key metrics. Manage and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company and operational teams. Support new hires during their initial period, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed. Required Skills & Abilities: Proven experience as a recruiter. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ability to establish, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs. Skilled in managing multiple requisitions and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. |
