Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Lead proactive sourcing efforts through innovative strategies, leveraging social media, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse talent pipeline.
Candidate Engagement and Selection: Ensure a seamless, inclusive candidate experience by designing engaging interactions and optimizing interview processes that prioritize diversity and efficiency.
Strategic Partnership and Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies, align on role specifications, and drive business growth with a talent-first approach.
Data-Driven Recruitment and Community Building: Use data analytics to forecast talent needs, refine recruitment strategies, and optimize processes, while also representing the company at career fairs and events to build lasting relationships with potential talent.
Continuous Growth and Industry Insight: Stay current with industry trends and DEI best practices, using this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment practices and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, with a strong understanding of technical roles (Engineering, Product) and market trends.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse candidates and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong creative problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Passion for promoting inclusive hiring practices, diversity initiatives, and staying current with industry trends.
