:Job Summary
We are seeking a UX researcher to lead our user research efforts and provide strategic insights to inform our digital product design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user research and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
:Responsibilities
Lead user research efforts to inform product design decisions, including designing research studies, conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other qualitative and quantitative research methods
Analyze and synthesize research data to provide insights and recommendations to the design team and executive stakeholders
Develop and implement research strategies that align with business objectives and product goals
Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to prioritize research objectives and inform design decisions
Communicate research findings and recommendations through research reports, presentations, and other channels
Design research strategies and select appropriate methods for data collection
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX research
:Requirements
2+ years of experience in UX research, with a track record of delivering impactful research insights to product teams
Bachelor's degree in Cognitive sciences, Psychology, Sociology or related field
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, and knowledge of usability testing tools and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
Proficiency with UX design software such as Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
Passion for user-centered design and improving user experiences
