| The eCRM specialist is responsible for assisting digital marketing campaigns using our marketing automation platform. This role requires familiarity in eCRM tools and platforms (Webengage, insider, inTrack, …) Analytical skills along with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and copywriting skills as well is required Responsibilities: Assistance in eCRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention Define best segmentation to create targeted and efficient campaigns (push, SMS, and email) Deep familiarity in defining event attributes and their impact on automated journeys Assistance in creating and optimizing eCRM journeys (abandoned, LRFM, …) included A/B testing and performance analysis Analyze eCRM data and KPIs to optimize journeys Collaborate with the product, digital marketing, design, and content teams to align eCRM efforts with overall marketing strategies Requirements: Two year of experience working with eCRM automation tools, Webengage is preferred Strong critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills Strong sense of urgency and experience in deadline-driven roles Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities |
