Mission: To conduct continuous surveillance and improvement of automated preventive maintenance program. To supervise and customize all preventive and corrective Maintenance functions according to network requirements Roles & Responsibilities: To train CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Software requirements, roles, tasks, and processes to Regional Operation team and all related subcontractors. To identify the required and essential items of equipment to be included in the maintenance program. To record manufacturer’s data from new and existing equipment with exact specifications to have enough data for preventive maintenance planning. To plan specific maintenance/inspection instructions based on manufacturer’s recommendations and maintenance best practices. To distinguish needs to maintain projects in coordination with network operation team, define scope of works in cooperation with QA, and support CPG project managers to implement both general and ad-hoc projects. To monitor the progress continuously and review the effectiveness of maintenance projects/methods, propose improvement plans, and keep record of lessons learned. To provide technical solutions for occurred or probable maintenance problems on field and provide feedback to related teams for resolution, especially on infrastructures like towers, foundations, power, air conditioning, etc. To conduct site visit supervision for direct observation of sites’ issues, controlling and managing the quality of PM, CM & maintenance projects. To establish scheduled intervals for maintenance/inspection tasks, and coordinate schedules between concerned parties and ensure that the schedules are adhered to. To review data and trends after maintenance has been performed to determine if tasks/intervals require any modification. To develop/revise preventive maintenance programs for infrastructures and equipment in a format that can be computerized To raise CM/PM work orders for FLM (first line maintenance) within the certain timeline. To check PM/CM invoices submitted by SVMS subcontractors and ensure integrity of action done, submitted reports, and issued invoices as well as required approvals according to related procedures. To direct maintenance software user's complaints to appropriate department and follow up for resolution, report resolved repairs to complainant. To utilize existing software, convert manually kept data to the computer for automated data collection Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the telecoms or related industry with supervisory and team leading ability. Experience working in a medium organization Radio frequency propagation and radio/Microwave equipment installation Operation and maintenance administration B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication /Civil /Industrial Engineering or any other related disciplines.
