Role overview:
In Kava we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PHP developer. You need to be an expert in PHP and have advanced coding skills. You should be able to quickly develop solutions and code it, without relying on others.
Required degrees, qualifications, experience
Bachelor’s degree in computers/IT (required)
3 years of tightly relevant work experience in PHP development (required)
Key responsibilities
Work on backend framework of Kava web applications. These include (but not limited to) Magento, Zend, and Joomla
Develop new applications using organized PHP code based on standard framework such as Zend
Develop database applications such as CRM and ticketing
Researching and prototyping new products/features
Required technical skills
Descriptions:
Previous experience working with PHP frameworks
Expert in one of the major frameworks: Zend, Symphony, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, ..
Solid experience in Linux environments
Security, file permissions, Apache configurations
Solid experience working with MVC frameworks
Advanced skills in MVC application development
Previous extensive work experience in MVC development
Organizational capabilities
