Analyze workforce data, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for business decisions. Identify opportunities to enhance workforce management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work closely with HR, operations, and finance teams to align workforce strategies with company objectives. Leverage workforce management tools and software to streamline scheduling, forecasting, and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields. At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
