Develop and implement comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision
making.
Provide regular financial forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
Analyze key performance indicators and present insights to the executive team.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process, working collaboratively with department heads.
Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Develop rolling forecasts to adapt to evolving business conditions.
Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Present financial reports to the executive team, providing clear explanations of financial results.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and development opportunities.
Collaborate with HR to identify and address talent needs within the department.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial operations.

Qualifications:
