To monitor and ensure the accuracy of financial and transactional flows, reconcile internal data with partner and financial records, design and implement automated controls to enhance data quality and integrity, and provide the analytical foundation needed for informed and proactive decision-making regarding revenue and associated risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile financial and operational data between internal systems (databases, operational platforms, transactional logs) and reports from business partners or the finance team.
Generate analytical and financial reports from the digital wallet and related modules on a daily, monthly, or periodic basis to support accounting entries, internal audits, and partner settlements.
Monitor data quality and consistency by developing automated data checks (Data Quality / Consistency Rules) and tracking anomalies.
Document processes and findings to ensure operational continuity and facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Analyze performance trends and patterns in financial and operational data to identify hidden risks, process vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain automation tools for reporting, data monitoring, and alert generation in case of mismatches or abnormal behaviors.
Collaborate with finance, tech, audit, and operations teams to design effective and technically feasible controls.
Review and act upon automated system alerts to ensure timely investigation and resolution.
Contribute insights for designing or improving new systems with respect to revenue assurance, reconciliation, and control mechanisms.
Optional/Future Scope:
Participate in the early design of fraud detection systems based on behavioral anomaly analysis.
Assess hidden risks related to policy changes, operational processes, or system implementations and propose mitigations.
Job requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in working with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
Programming expertise in Python, particularly for data analysis, automation, and rule-based validation.
Familiarity with Revenue Assurance, Data Reconciliation, and Reporting Pipelines.
Basic understanding of financial processes, accounting concepts, and settlement documentation.
Ability to handle large-scale data and match operational records with financial reports.
Experience generating executive and analytical reports in financial or business data domains.

Strong documentation, reporting, and executive summarization skills.
