Responsibilities will include:
Bookkeeping and reconciliation duties.
Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices
Staying up to date with ever changing compliance dates throughout the industry (for clients and our practice alike)
Preparation of Tax and finance related documents
Financial Reports
Preparation of accounting / bookkeeping required documents, workflows and processes
Cash flow forecasting
Complete Xero set ups and conversions
Contracts, HR intermediary services
Recruitment processes and assistance for our clients
Assistance with Grant Applications
Training in Xero, basic bookkeeping principles,
Personal attributes we are seeking:
Smart and focused
Familliar with NDA requirements to keep the confidentiality of the corporational information
Excellent written and verbal English communication
A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and good organisational skills are essential
Can work well under pressure
Can follow documented procedures (extra points for improving them!)
Efficient in your approach and effective prioritisation of tasks
Tech-savviness / Self Motivated / Strong time management skills
Strong team player
