Job Title: UI/UX Designer (AI-Driven)
We're looking for a designer who moves fast and thinks faster. You'll use AI tools to turn ideas into polished designs in hours, not days, then iterate just as quickly.
What matters:
Speed+quality: Ship beautiful work at startup velocity.
AI-native workflow: You already use AI tools to amplify your output (Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, v0—whatever works).
Business intuition: You get what we're building and design accordingly—no hand-holding.
Cross-functional mindset: Backgrounds in sales, support, or marketing campaign management are a big plus.
Taste: Your work doesn’t look like everyone else’s AI-generated mockups.
Flexibility: One day it’s a landing page, next day it’s an in-app flow, you adapt.
Non-traditional edge: Experience outside pure design isn’t just welcome, it’s valuable (and often essential).
Requirements
You'll thrive here if:
You prototype in hours what others take days to spec.
You can defend your decisions but pivot fast when needed.
“Good enough to ship today” beats “perfect next week”.
You’re already using AI to work 3x faster than traditional designers.

Bonus Points:
Built something end-to-end (a side project, tool, or automation)
Have experience with [relevant area e.g. cloud, design systems, LLMs, growth analytics]
