Job Title: Technical Recruiter (AI)
This isn't a traditional recruiting role. You won't be posting jobs and waiting. You'll be hunting for the sharpest 5% of candidates, people who build with AI daily and filtering ruthlessly so our technical team only sees people worth their time.
What you'll do:
Source passive candidates on GitHub, Twitter/X, Discord, and indie hacker communities Screen resumes for real proof of building live products, GitHub activity, AI tool usage Run a 10-minute sharpness filter to separate genuine AI-native talent from people who just list it on their CV Keep a 20–30% pass-through rate to technical rounds quality over volume Respond to every candidate within 24 hours, advances and rejections alike What we're looking for You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) every day in your actual work, not as a curiosity. You can tell the difference between an impressive resume and an impressive person. You're comfortable saying no even when we're desperate to hire. You move fast and don't need three meetings to make a decision. Experience sourcing passive candidates is a plus; willingness to learn is non-negotiable.

This isn't for you if you:
