To investigate and identify performance gaps, and support the implementation of optimized solutions for the Access Transmission network.
To collaborate closely with Planning, Fiber, IP, and Regulatory teams to ensure technical requirements are well captured, tracked, and delivered on time.

شرایط احراز
BSc. in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Management / Information Technology) or related
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the area of specialization
Experience working in a medium to large organization
Experience in a rapid roll-out environment and management of turn-key vendors
Experience in Microwave planning, Layer 3 Network planning and deployment with strong analytical skills with experience using network monitoring and reporting tools.
Experience working with multi-vendor environments and multi-domain coordination.
Experience showing understanding of clock synchronization concepts, Fiber D.P. deployment, IP backhaul interfaces, and network topology planning.
Strong skills in root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and network performance optimization.
Familiarity with regulatory and licensing requirements relevant to national transmission and radio equipment.
فعالیت‌های شغلی
To conduct regular and detailed analysis of network KPIs to detect synchronization mismatches, congestion points and transmission inefficiencies and report findings, risks, and improvement recommendations to the Technical Support Manager.
To investigate root causes of performance degradation and propose technical remedies to restore or enhance service levels.
To collect and organize Fiber DP. requirements received from Access and IP Planning teams, and prepare structured documentation for Fiber deployment teams.
To track the status of fiber-related works, monitor material orders, and cross-check actual deployments with planned topology.
To monitor new site requests and expansions to confirm technical feasibility from an Access Transmission perspective.
To review reports from MVO teams and field engineers and highlight inconsistencies or gaps for further validation to ensure accuracy and relevance for operational decision-making.
To update and maintain an up-to-date database of network topology, material movement, capacity usage, and technical dependencies.
To support the assessment of new technologies by analyzing their readiness and potential impact on existing infrastructure.
To communicate effectively with multiple vendors to resolve technical queries and interface issues.
To escalate critical findings and proposed solutions to the Technical Support Team Manager.
To prepare inputs and draft reports, dashboards and presentations to support management visibility on network status, risks and recommended optimizations.
To review fiber rollout plans, DPs, and IP topology maps provided by Planning teams and verify their feasibility with actual network conditions.
To compile and document equipment and material requirements for new fiber and transmission projects, ensuring that all needs are clearly documented and tracked.
To support the update and accuracy of network topologies, backhaul links, and capacity records within the centralized database to support strategic forecasting and material planning.
To participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
To support deep-dive analysis of existing access transmission infrastructure to identify capacity gaps, equipment mismatches, and optimization opportunities.
To assist in tracking the execution of technical requirements delivered to Fiber teams and report progress deviations.
