| Manage and grow long-term relationships with a portfolio of key developer accounts Support and guide developers throughout the app publishing process on the Bazaar platform Understand developers’ business models and operational challenges Analyze performance data (installs, revenue, retention, campaigns, etc.) and identify growth opportunities Evaluate and manage developer requests within the platform’s policies and product constraints Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Technical, Support, Marketing) to address developer needs Document decisions, agreements, and follow-ups to ensure consistency and accountability Requirements Data analysis and working with performance metrics (Revenue, LTV, Retention, Installs) Familiarity with app publishing processes and platform tools Professional documentation and report writing Proficiency with administrative and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Drive Systemic thinking and understanding the impact of decisions on the overall ecosystem Problem-solving and providing actionable solutions Effective communication and conflict management Win–win negotiation and the ability to say “no” with logical alternatives High ownership and follow-through until results are achieved Prioritization and managing multiple accounts simultaneously without losing quality Professional maturity and independent decision-making Benefits Talented colleagues.
