Cafe Bazaar is Iran’s leading Android app store, serving millions of users who rely on us to discover and use apps, games, digital content, and more.
As an App Category Manager, you will be responsible for growing and shaping app categories on Cafe Bazaar. You will use data and your understanding of the mobile app ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and decide which apps to promote and feature to drive installs, revenue, and user engagement.

As an Application Category Manager in Cafe Bazaar, you will:
Take ownership of the growth and direction of assigned app categories
Develop category growth strategies based on data, user needs, and business goals
Analyze app and category performance and identify growth opportunities
Select and prioritize apps for featuring and promotion
Monitor key business metrics such as Installs, Revenue, ARPU, LTV, and Retention
Use dashboards and performance data to understand why apps succeed or underperform
Collaborate with marketing and other teams to execute growth initiatives
Contribute to improving the app ecosystem and app discovery experience on Cafe Bazaar
Requirements
Strong understanding of mobile apps and different app categories and genres
Understanding of the app lifecycle and category growth strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Ability to work with dashboards, metrics, and performance data
Understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO)
Familiarity with Campaign Marketing and Performance Marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
Confidence in making decisions and communicating them clearly
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
Category Management in digital products or platforms
App or Game Marketing
Performance Marketing
Similar roles in large digital or technology companies
