Job Description:
We’re looking for a Art & Creative Lead to join our Marketing team and lead the development of creative ideas and content across our marketing activities. In this role, you’ll work closely with Brand Experience, Acquisition, Retention, and Marketing Operations to turn marketing strategies and campaign briefs into strong, relevant, and high-quality creative executions. You’ll be responsible for both the creative thinking behind campaigns and the content that brings those ideas to life — across visual, written, digital, social, and other marketing touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Lead creative ideation and concept development for marketing campaigns and initiatives
Oversee the creation of visual and written content across marketing channels
Translate campaign and brand strategies into creative concepts, key visuals, messaging, and content
Collaborate closely with Brand Experience, Acquisition, and Retention teams from briefing through execution
Ensure consistency and quality of the brand’s visual and verbal expression
Manage creative workflows, priorities, timelines, and external creative partners when needed
Use audience insights and campaign performance to continuously improve creative output
Help build and develop the Creative & Content capability within the Marketing team
Requirements:
Strong experience in creative, advertising, content, design, or integrated marketing
A strong portfolio of campaign and content work
Excellent creative judgment and the ability to turn business objectives into compelling ideas
Good understanding of both brand-building and performance marketing
Experience working across digital, social, CRM, and campaign channels
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading creative teams, freelancers, agencies, or production partners is a plus
