Associate Product Manager
We are seeking a motivated and curious Associate Product Manager to join our Support & Operations team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to learn product management while contributing to meaningful projects. You’ll work closely with senior PMs and cross-functional teams to support roadmap execution, gather feedback, and ensure high-quality delivery of features that improve customer support and operational efficiency.	Job Description
Product Execution Support: Assist senior and junior PMs in documenting requirements, writing user stories, and maintaining the product backlog. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and progress. Research & Feedback Gathering: Collect feedback from support agents, operations staff, and customers to identify common pain points. Conduct basic competitive and market research to inform feature ideas. Process & Tool Support: Help test new features and ensure they meet acceptance criteria before launch. Document workflows, FAQs, and product usage guides for internal teams. Support the tracking of support/operations KPIs (e.g., ticket resolution time, operational turnaround). Prepare simple reports and summaries to help PMs make data-driven decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and operations to coordinate on tasks and track progress. Shadow senior PMs in stakeholder meetings to learn product communication best practices.	Key Responsibilities
0–1 year of experience (internships, projects, or coursework in product, support, operations, or business analysis are a plus). Prior exposure to fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce is nice but not required. Strong willingness to learn product management fundamentals. Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, or similar). Good communication and teamwork skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
