| Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to assist with time-consuming operational and coordination tasks Own small features or products under guidance of Product Manager Prepare visual reports, slide decks or proposals for stakeholders Conduct short user/market research as needed Collect and present relevant data and insights to help the Product Manager make informed decisions Analyze product usage and suggest improvements Take notes in product meetings and document decisions and action items Organize and maintain product documentation and specifications Support in user acceptance testing and collecting feedback Coordinate internal communications across product, engineering, design, and QA teams Job requirements: Prior experience in product or project roles is a plus — internships are welcome Ability to ask the right questions, and follow up effectively Basic understanding of software development and Agile methodologies Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar Enthusiastic about product management and willing to learn from experienced professionals |
