Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to uncover new opportunities and ensure we stay ahead. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement impactful campaigns tailored for B2B clients. Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with strategic accounts to drive loyalty and value. Lead, coach, and inspire the B2B sales team to exceed targets and unlock their full potential. Monitor data, sales performance, and key KPIs, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Requirement: 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in FMCG, technology platforms, or supply chain sectors. A track record of securing large-scale deals and managing high-value partnerships. Extensive experience in building, coaching, and scaling successful sales teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
