Data Analysis and Insights
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
Predictive Modeling and Trend Analysis
Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and behaviors
Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to enhance prediction accuracy
Optimization
Apply optimization techniques to improve business processes and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field A Master’s degree is a plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and modeling
Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting
Familiarity with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS for comprehensive data solutions
Analytical Skills
Deep understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
Experience with financial analysis and understanding of financial metrics
Ability to develop and implement predictive models and optimization algorithms
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the FMCG industry or e-commerce
