At TapsiMarket, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Business Line Director to drive sustainable growth, improve business economics, and support data-driven decision-making.
You’ll go beyond reporting numbers by identifying business performance drivers, uncovering growth opportunities, and translating insights into measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Analyze business performance: Monitor key metrics such as orders, NMV, AOV, conversion, retention, and contribution margins. Identify performance gaps and explain their underlying drivers.
Own P&L analysis: Analyze revenue, costs, PC1, PC2, and unit economics in collaboration with Finance. Build forecasts, financial models, and business cases.
Identify opportunities: Investigate business challenges, validate root causes, and quantify the financial impact of potential improvements.
Drive execution: Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to implement initiatives, track progress, and measure results.
Support decision-making: Prepare weekly business reviews, monthly performance analyses, and actionable recommendations for business leadership.
What You Bring:
3–6 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Strategy & Operations, Business Performance, FP&A, or similar roles.
Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of P&L and unit economics.
Hands-on proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, delivery, or other transactional businesses.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution skills.
A strong sense of ownership and a focus on measurable business impact.
