| Support the Business Development Manager in executing growth and partnership initiatives. Conduct market research and industry analysis within the FinTech and payments ecosystem. Preparing business plans, feasibility studies, and opportunity assessments. Participate in customer and partner meetings , take notes, and follow up on action items. Help analyze customer needs and translate insights into business opportunities. Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation. Track competitors, market trends, and new payment technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field. 2 years of experience in business development, Sales or a related role. Strong analytical and research skills. Ability to understand and evaluate technology-driven products , especially in FinTech or payments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
