Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire BI function, ensuring alignment of data initiatives with company strategy and business goals.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level BI solutions including dashboards, data warehouses, and self-service analytics tools.
Manage BI team members, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all BI systems and pipelines.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate, optimize, and modernize BI processes.
Integrate advanced analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation for BI development.
Coordinate cross-functional data projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
Stay updated with emerging BI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, including at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role.
Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI and Airflow.
Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for automation and data manipulation.
Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing architectures.
Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and deliver measurable insights.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
A continuous learner, adaptable to evolving BI technologies and business priorities
