Mission
To manage the planning, implementation, maintenance, and support of the security concepts of the CS and IMS Core network (CS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, Vo5G, SVC, etc.) and RAN (BSC, RNC).
Job Requirements
B.Sc. in Electronics engineering or related
English Fluency
At least 5 years of experience in core domain with good understanding of telecommunication, CS/IMS core and IP
Roles & Responsibilities
To collaborate with CS and IMS Core teams to design, implement, and maintain security solutions and policies across CS/IMS Core networks and related technologies, including 2G, 3G, VoLTE, VoWiFi, Vo5G, SVC, HSS, and Non-3GPP network elements.
To collaborate with RAN, Transmission, ITS (VAS), EB Solution Development, Regulatory, and other relevant teams to ensure security policies and requirements are incorporated into network infrastructure, new services, and new CS/IMS Core network elements.
To manage, install, configure, and maintain signaling and voice security solutions, including SS7 and Diameter firewalls, define and implement security rules, monitor malicious activities and attacks from internal and external sources, and manage security capacity across CS/IMS Core and interconnection interfaces.
To manage and maintain CS/IMS Core network security from a security perspective, including conducting telecom penetration testing and vulnerability assessments using dedicated security testing tools to simulate attacks and identify exploitable vulnerabilities across CS/IMS Core and RAN networks.
To manage and implement new regulatory requirements, security requirements, and security services across CS/IMS Core and RAN networks, and provide technical support to Senior Management and relevant teams in introducing and implementing new network security requirements and services.
To manage and evaluate CS/IMS Core network security KPIs, performance, and quality indicators, and drive the achievement of security targets that contribute to customer satisfaction and the qualitative perception of MTN Irancell’s network security.
To manage and support the implementation of 5G security requirements, with a particular focus on Vo5G and SVC capabilities, including their integration with security equipment and solutions.
To manage the security team and related activities to achieve business objectives, and to develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for CS, IMS, and SVC Core network security devices.
